The invention relates to a graphene diamond tungsten copper alloy and preparation and application thereof, and particularly discloses a preparation method of the graphene diamond tungsten copper alloy. The preparation method includes the following steps that (1) a first mixture is provided, the first mixture comprises copper powder and an optional dispersant; (2) the first mixture is placed in a CVD furnace, and a gaseous carbon source material is introduced under first pressure, first temperature and optional first gas to obtain graphene/copper powder; and (3) tungsten powder and diamond powder is added to the graphene/copper powder, sintering is performed, and the graphene diamond tungsten copper alloy is obtained. The invention further discloses the graphene diamond tungsten copper alloy prepared by the preparation method and the application thereof. The preparation method has the characteristics of simple process, cheap and easily obtained raw materials, safety and environmental protection, low cost, and easy large-scale promotion. The graphene diamond tungsten copper alloy has both high wear resistance and high ablation resistance.
