The invention belongs to the technical field of agricultural living things, and particularly relates to a recombinant expression vector for rapid screening of a high-expressing strain and a method forrapid screening of the high-expressing strain. An exogenous red fluorescent protein and a surface protein localization signal on an aspergillus fumigatus cell are subjected to fusion expression, a fusion gene (DsRed-AfMP1) is integrated into a Trichoderma reesei genome so as to construct a Trichoderma reesei strain displaying the red fluorescent protein on the surface. The Trichoderma reesei strain displaying the red fluorescent protein on the surface can be sorted by a flow cytometry to quickly isolate a gene change which is beneficial to increase cellulose enzyme activity.
