In the present invention, a bogie frame is provided with a lateral beam that extends in the vehicle width direction and that has formed therein a center pin disposition space in the center portion inthe vehicle width direction. The lateral beam has: a pair of pipe members that extend in the vehicle width direction and that are arranged so as to be spaced apart from each other in the vehicle longitudinal direction; and air spring seats provided on the upper surfaces of end portions of the paired pipe members in the vehicle width direction. At least one of the paired pipe members has, in the center portion in the vehicle width direction, a curved portion that protrudes outward in the vehicle longitudinal direction such that the distance between the paired pipe members spaced from each otheris increased. The center pin disposition space is formed between the paired pipe members by the curved portion.
