The invention relates to black rice anthocyanin pulp milk shake. The black rice anthocyanin pulp milk shake comprises the following raw materials of, by weight, 2 parts to 3 parts of black rice extract, 10 parts to 14 parts of dried skim milk, 4 parts to 6 parts of xylitol, 4 parts to 6 parts of sorbitol, 6 parts to 10 parts of maltodextrin, 4 parts to 6 parts of mixed pulp, 0.1 part to 0.4 part of vanilla powder, 0.05 part to 0.20 part of peppermint extract, and 0.1 part to 0.4 part of plant preservative.
