The invention relates to a cell depth coverage and spectrum allocation method based on interference suppression. The method comprises the following steps: S1, collecting CSI of MBS and mRBS and service request information of a service user at the current moment in real time; S2, dynamically configuring a current sub-frame type according to the collected information, deciding an optimal cell merging factor and calculating a corresponding sub-carrier allocation strategy in each cell; S3, storing a calculation result in the step S2 into a table with a corresponding relationship; S4, learning thetables with the corresponding relationship through deep learning, and fitting the relationship between the CSI and the user service request quantity and the optimal cell merging factor and the optimalsubcarrier allocation strategy in each cell; and S5, judging whether the user obtaining any subcarrier obtains enough spectrum resources, needs to remove the spectrum resources from the subsequent subcarrier allocation process or not, or whether all users obtain enough subcarrier resources or not, and immediately terminating the subcarrier allocation process to finish allocation.
