The invention discloses a compressor operation frequency control method and device, a storage medium and a processor. The method comprises the steps of: detecting a temperature departure of an environment of air conditioning equipment, wherein the temperature departure is used for indicating a difference between an actual temperature of the environment and a set temperature; determining a presentoperation frequency of a compressor in the air conditioning equipment as a target operation frequency when the temperature departure belongs to a first preset value range and the lasting time of the temperature departure belonging to the preset value range reaches a preset time length; and controlling the compressor to operate according to the target operation frequency. The method solves the technical problem of incapability of controlling an air conditioner to operate according to the optimal load matching frequency when the environment temperature reaches the target load in the prior art.
