The invention discloses a decision assisting method, device and equipment, a storage medium and a system. The method comprises the following steps: state information of aircrafts is obtained, whereinthe state information comprises environment information, pose information and system information; the state information is input into decision assisting models stored in onboard terminal equipment toobtain target operations needing to be implemented by pilots of the aircrafts in present flight phases, wherein the decision assisting models are obtained by training through ground terminal equipmentand uploaded to the onboard terminal equipment; and the pilots are guided to implement the target operations. Through the technical scheme, the method can assist the pilots to make decisions to reduce the accident rate of the aircrafts.
