The invention relates to a solid wood floor board producing and processing process with a high-temperature softening shaping function. The solid wood floor board producing and processing process comprises the following specific steps: (1) arranging to-be-processed solid wood floor boards to be flat, wherein each board is placed on a heating pipeline; (2) lifting the boards on the heating pipelineby a lifting mechanism, and extruding and superposing the boards together to form an integer; (3) separately connecting the two ends of the integer with steam pipelines for separately supplying steamand recycling steam; (4) in a steam supply process, regulating and processing steam supply amount and upgrading mechanism extrusion pressure intensity; (5) keeping the way in the step (4) to process the boards; (6) naturally cooling the boards to the room temperature after processing the boards; and (7) taking down the boards to detect, thereby accomplishing softening shaping treatment of the solid wood floor boards. Through a special treatment process, the method can perform once extrusion processing and shaping on the boards, can simultaneously accomplish softening and high-pressure treatment of the boards, and can achieve shaping and dehydrating effects.
