The invention relates to a preparation method of a low-crystal fibroin bracket. The preparation method comprises the following steps of uniformly co-mixing a fibroin aqueous solution with a low-concentration micromolecule alcohol aqueous solution to obtain a fibroin mixed solution, inducing fibroin molecules to generate twining and twisting through micromolecule alcohol, and besides, avoiding transformation of fibroin conformation through low concentration of the micromolecule alcohol, then freezing the fibroin mixed solution to obtain fibroin frozen bodies, and promoting occurrence of phase separation through a freezing icing process; then unfreezing the fibroin frozen bodies, and forming a three-dimensional porous bracket having a uniform structure through melting of ice nuclei; and finally preparing a dry-state low-crystal fibroin porous bracket easy to store, through a freeze-drying technology.
