The invention discloses a fixing tool and a fixing method of an inertia instrument outer ring insulator guide line. The fixing tool of the inertia instrument outer ring insulator guide line comprisesa flexible guide line fixing device of a chain structure. The flexible guide line fixing device not only can form an annular sealed shape, but also can be disconnected into a single chain structure. When the guide line fixing device is annularly fixed on a cylindrical outer housing of an instrument, the end head of a guide line can be stably fixed on an insulator by using a fixing hook on the guide line fixing device and self-elasticity of the guide line, and therefore automatic operation of following tin plating, welding and the like of a terminal is facilitated. After the welding is completed, the guide line fixing device can be conveniently dismantled from the instrument under an encircling state of the guide line by using the characteristic that the guide line fixing device can be disconnected into the single chain type.
