The invention discloses a hydrophilic bifunctional monomer imprinting adsorption material. A preparation method comprises the following steps: modifying porous carbon nanospheres with a silane coupling agent to obtain silanized porous carbon nanospheres; grafting two functional monomers, namely acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid and acrylamide, onto silanized porous carbon nanospheres, addingphenol to form a self-assembly body; and forming a cross-linked polymer layer through self-polymerization of a cross-linking agent to fix the self-assembly body, and removing phenol to obtain the imprinted adsorption material. The imprinted adsorption material has high adsorption efficiency and adsorption capacity on phenol molecules in an aqueous solution, has good mechanical stability and acid-base stability, and can be widely applied to the fields of detection, adsorption, separation and the like.
