The invention relates to a low-voltage transformer area fault monitoring and three-phase imbalance treatment system. The system comprises a three-phase imbalance treatment device, a transmission module and a data processing module. The transmission module transmits the collected remote measurement and remote signaling data of the three-phase imbalance treatment device to the data processing module; the data processing module transmits a remote control command to the three-phase imbalance treatment device through the transmission module; and the data processing module comprises a fault monitoring unit and a comprehensive phase modulation information module used for performing three-phase imbalance, the fault monitoring unit displays fault data uploaded by the treatment device and gives an operation and maintenance personnel treatment and maintenance scheme, and the comprehensive phase modulation information module checks phase modulation actions of the three-phase imbalance treatment device and compares data before and after phase modulation. In addition, the system can also realize three-phase balance treatment by comparing and analyzing three-phase imbalance data and then sendingout a remote control command, so as to realize effective management of the transformer area in the whole area and enable the transformer area in the whole area to be in an optimal operation state.
