The invention discloses a high-permeability new energy power grid battery capacity configuration method based on cloud computing. The invention belongs to the technical field of new energy optimal configuration. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, calculating an environmental influence coefficient of each acquired environmental influence factor through a cloud neural network; analyzing the capacity of the energy storage battery under different environmental coefficients and the actually required error amount; determining new energy consumed electric quantity which can be received by a power grid through output conditions and load prediction of conventional units such as a thermal power generating unit, calculating power needing to be adjusted by the battery energy storage system by combining with a predicted value of new energy output, and finally, obtaining the capacity of the battery energy storage system needing to be configured through error adjustment. According tothe configuration method provided by the invention, the optimal configuration of the new energy battery is ensured to the greatest extent through analysis and calculation of cloud data.
