The invention relates to a new energy power station power generation plan making method and system. The method comprises the steps of determining total power limiting power of a new energy power station according to predicted power generation power of each new energy power station; and when the new energy power stations need to be subjected to power limiting and the total power limiting power of the new energy power stations meets a preset condition, determining planned power generation power of each new energy power station according to the total power limiting power of the new energy power stations and a preset power supply priority sequence of the electric quantity transaction type. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the electric quantity transaction types of the new energy power station are considered, different planned power generation powers are formulated for different stations according to the difference of the electric quantity transaction types executed by the stations, and the formulating rationality of the planned power generation powers is improved.
