The invention discloses an electric power customer service user portrait construction method based on a knowledge graph, and the method comprises the following steps: collecting basic data, and extracting the obtained basic data to an Oracle database data table; preprocessing the basic data, and establishing a data unification rule; establishing a knowledge graph for the basic data, identifying included entities, attributes and relationships, and then storing the data; and performing portrait analysis and display on the user. A customer service user portrait system integrating data acquisition, data processing and visual display is provided. A user analysis model is established based on the basic information of the ERP power staff, the desktop management system user information, the admission system information, the customer service work order system data, the project management system data and the terminal customer service daily report data, and the user portrait is visually displayed.
