The invention relates to a secondary shape correction quality checking method based on finite elements during aviation bent pipe assembling. The method comprises the following steps that a finite element analysis result file is obtained by simulating the forming process of catheter bending, the actual bending angle of a catheter is obtained through calculation, then a forward correction mode or areverse correction mode is selected, and a catheter correction mold is generated and adjusted to the optimal position; setting a rough shape correction angle value, simulating a shape correction process of the conduit through a finite element, extracting a finite element analysis file of the shape correction process, reading a stress-strain distribution field, a thickness distribution field and anode displacement field of the conduit in each frame, and calculating to obtain a shape correction limit angle of the conduit according to conduit performance indexes required by assembly; and takingthe correction limit angle as a comparison basis, and judging whether secondary correction can be carried out on the bent aviation conduit according to the correction angle measured during actual assembly or not. The method can ensure that the performance indexes of the conduit meet the requirements while avoiding the stress assembly of the conduit.
