The invention belongs to the technical field of digital printing, and particularly relates to a digital printing spraying nozzle cleaning solution preparation method, which comprises: (1) mixing 5-20parts by weight of a humectant, 1-5 parts by weight of a cleaning agent, 0.1-1 part by weight of an acid-alkali regulator, 0.1-1 part by weight of a surfactant, 0.1-1 part by weight of a bactericide and 72-93.7 parts by weight of deionized water, stirring for 30-90 min to obtain a mixed solution, and continuously standing for 12-24 h; and (2) filtering the mixed solution obtained in the step (1) by using a sponge-like 0.22 [mu]m high-precision polyethersulfone filtering core with a sub-layer large cavity structure under the pressure of 0.2-0.4 MPa to obtain the digital printing spraying nozzlecleaning solution. According to the invention, the preparation method can thoroughly remove the gel in the cleaning solution, so that the purity of the cleaning solution is ensured, the cleaning effect and the cleaning efficiency of the cleaning solution are ensured, and the further damage to the blocked spraying nozzle due to the existence of the gel in the process for cleaning the spraying nozzle by using the cleaning solution is prevented.
