The invention provides an intelligent health prediction method and device for electronic equipment based on a digital twinning model, and the method comprises the steps: transmitting an operation instruction carrying a first operation frequency band to an air conditioner, wherein the operation instruction is used for indicating the air conditioner to operate at the first operation frequency band;when it is detected that the air conditioner compressor operates in the first operation frequency band, obtaining a first video of vibration of N parts through image acquisition equipment; processingthe first video by adopting an Euler motion amplification method to obtain vibration information; acquiring a plurality of pieces of simulated vibration information corresponding to the N parts from the digital twin model according to the vibration relationship between the N parts and the vibration of the air conditioner compressor in the first operation frequency band; and determining vibration health results of the N parts according to the similarity between the vibration information and the multiple pieces of simulated vibration information. By implementing the method and the device, the health conditions of the N parts and the N parts of the air conditioner compressor can be accurately pre-judged.
