The invention discloses an antibacterial biodegradable film preparation method, which comprises: (1) mixing polylactic acid, poly(butylene succinate) and polyadipic acid/butylene terephthalate according to a preset ratio, and stirring to obtain a mixed material A; (2) mixing polyhydroxyalkanoate and polypropylene carbonate according to a preset ratio, and stirring to obtain a mixed material B; (3)carrying out film blowing on the mixed raw material A obtained in the step (1) to obtain a first film, and carrying out film blowing on the mixed material B obtained in the step (2) to obtain a second film; and (4) transversely stretching the first film obtained in the step (1), placing the second film obtained in the step (2) on the upper surface of the first film, and bonding the first film andthe second film to obtain the biodegradable film.
