The invention relates to a coal material sweeping device and a coal material conveying system and method. The coal material sweeping device comprises a first cleaning mechanism, a spraying mechanism and a first collecting funnel. When the coal material sweeping device is in use, firstly, the position of the first collecting funnel is determined according to the position where a conveying belt is re-directed, then the first cleaning mechanism and the spraying mechanism are correspondingly installed in the funnel, and at this moment, it can be guaranteed that coal materials falling from the position where the conveying belt is re-directed, the coal materials falling due to spraying by the spraying mechanism and the coal materials falling due to scraping by the first cleaning mechanism can fall into the first collecting funnel to be recycled and conveyed. The spraying mechanism and the first cleaning mechanism are utilized for together treating the coal materials on the conveying belt, and it is avoided that a large quantity of coal materials are retained on the conveying belt to solve the problem that conveying of the subsequent coal materials by the conveying belt is severely influenced when the coal materials are retained on the conveying belt all the time. Meanwhile, due to spraying by the spraying mechanism, the weight of the coal materials can be increased, and thus flying dust generated after the coal materials drop out is greatly reduced.
