The present invention provides a phototherapeutic apparatus provided with: an irradiation probe for irradiating an organism with irradiation light; a probe fixation part in which the irradiation probeis inserted and which is fixed on the organism; an observation module including an observation means which is disposed in the probe fixation part and which is for observing an irradiation site illuminated with irradiation light applied on the organism; and a transfer means which is capable of transferring, during observation of the irradiation site, the observation module to a space in which theirradiation probe is set in the probe fixation part.
