The invention relates to a pesticide composition containing chitosan oligosaccharide and copper abietate and an application of the pesticide composition, wherein the pesticide composition comprises two pesticide active ingredients comprising chitosan oligosaccharide and copper abietate, and the weight ratio of the chitosan oligosaccharide to the copper abietate is 1:(7.5-30). The sum of the weightof the chitosan oligosaccharide and the copper abietate accounts for 10-50% of the weight of the composition, and under the condition that the ratio of the chitosan oligosaccharide to the copper abietate is 1:(7.5-30), the two pesticide components have an obvious synergistic effect. And the pesticide preparation obtained by the special preparation preparing method does not flocculate in the application process, and does not flocculate when being mixed with other pesticide preparations for use.
