The invention discloses a method for preparing fly ash geopolymer foam concrete. The method comprises the following steps: mixing fly ash, alkaline residues and water and then feeding into a wet ballmill; adding a grinding aid into the wet ball mill for grinding to obtain slurry A; feeding silica fume, a surfactant and a foaming agent into the wet ball mill; adding water into the wet ball mill for wet grinding to obtain slurry B; mixing the slurry A and the slurry B to obtain mixed slurry C; adding sodium hydroxide and water glass into the slurry C to obtain fly ash geopolymer foam concrete solid-liquid mixed slurry; the problems that traditional foam concrete is low in strength and prone to damp are solved; the cost of the prepared concrete finished product is far lower than that of thetraditional foam concrete, and the strength, high temperature resistance and the like of the concrete finished product are superior to those of geopolymer concrete prepared by the traditional process.
