The invention discloses an electronic transformer error risk assessment method and device based on a regression neural network. The method is characterized by comprising the steps of training an electronic transformer risk assessment model based on the regression neural network according to the current and voltage of an electronic transformer and screened environmental characteristic data; inputting the characteristic data of the electronic transformer to be assessed into the model to obtain the predicted ratio difference and angle difference of the electronic transformer, and calculating theoperation risk index of the electronic transformer according to the predicted ratio difference and angle difference. According to the invention, the sampling current and voltage values of the electronic transformer are utilized, the electronic transformer is modeled by combining the environmental characteristic data, the ratio difference and the angle difference are predicted, risk assessment is carried out, and the accuracy of transformer assessment is verified. The problem of error state assessment of the electronic transformer in operation can be solved under the condition of not dependingon a standard device, and the reliability and risk of the electronic transformer measurement data for engineering are assessed.
