The invention provides a continuous aftertreatment method and device for penem type compounds. The method comprises the following steps: S1, performing continuous extraction on a crude reaction product of a penem type compound so as to obtain an extraction heavy phase and an extraction light phase; S2, performing continuous solid-liquid separation on the extraction heavy phase so as to obtain a liquid-phase outlier; S3, performing continuous pH value adjustment on the liquid-phase outlier till the pH value of the liquid-phase outlier is 6.1-6.3 so as to obtain a pH value adjusting liquid; andS4, performing continuous crystal separation treatment on the pH value adjusting liquid by using a first crystal separation solvent, so as to obtain a product of the penem type compound. When being adopted to perform aftertreatment on the crude reaction product of the penem type compound, the method has the advantages of being rapid in treatment speed and high in efficiency, in addition, in the treatment process, materials are stable in properties and low in deteriorating rate, and the yield and the purity of a target product can be well controlled.
