The invention relates to an intelligent control insulation resistance tester. The tester is characterized by comprising a megohmmeter, wherein the megohmmeter is electrically connected with tested equipment, and the tested equipment is electrically connected with a voltage exciting device; and the megohmmeter is further electrically connected with an intelligent remote control switch, and the intelligent remote control switch performs communication with a remote terminal through a wireless network.
