The invention discloses a method capable of achieving data wireless transmission of an instrument in a plunger well. The method comprises the steps that a ground control instrument is arranged on a wellhead and is connected with a wellhead antenna assembly, and an underground pressure meter is arranged underground; the ground control instrument scans on time through a wellhead antenna assembly andtries to build wireless communication with the underground pressure meter; when the underground pressure meter reaches a wellhead anti-spraying pipe under gas energy pushing, the ground control instrument can build wireless connection with the underground pressure meter through the wellhead antenna assembly, and pressure temperature test data in one running period can be wirelessly transmitted tothe ground control instrument. Wireless transmission of underground test data can be reliably achieved, power consumption is reduced, and work time is long. The function of an original plunger waterdraining and gas extraction process cannot be affected, mounting of the ground control instrument and the wellhead antenna assembly does not need to modify a gas wellhead device, undamage mounting isachieved, and the normal function of the wellhead device is not damaged and affected.
