The invention discloses a long-time-scale photovoltaic time sequence output generation method considering weather elements. The method comprises the following steps: S1, generating solar radiation data with atmospheric transparency as a constant; S2, correcting the atmospheric transparency of the photovoltaic installation site by using the recorded data of the NASA; S3, generating sequential weather change data by using a Monte Carlo method, and correcting the solar radiation intensity; S4, generating a photovoltaic time sequence active output curve according to the output characteristic curveof the photovoltaic panel; S5, adjusting the discount coefficient according to the annual utilization hours; according to the method, when the power supply planning research accommodating the photovoltaic equipment is carried out, the final power supply configuration scheme better conforms to the actual situation, and the power supply reliability requirement is met; therefore, the power supply configuration scheme considering the power supply reliability can be well improved.
