The invention discloses a method for designing a multi-DC coordinated controller based on convex polyhedron uncertainty. The method is used for designing an output feedback controller adapted to multiple working conditions for a system so as to improve the performance of a closed-loop system, such as H2, H[infinite], and the attenuation rate. The method includes a step 1 of establishing a multi-working condition convex polyhedron model of an open-loop system; a step 2 of generating an initial-generation controller by an orthogonal experiment method; a step 3 of establishing a closed-loop system state space model; a step 4 of iteratively calling an extended Lyapnuov equation by using a dichotomy to obtain a system objective function value; a step 5 of generating a new-generation controllerby a differential evolution algorithm; a step 6 of applying an orthogonal crossover operator to the current optimal controller, and retaining the optimal individual; a step 7 of calculating a new-generation individual objective function value; a step 8 of going to the step 9 when the number of iterations and the like meet a stopping condition, otherwise returning to the step 5; and a step 9 of outputting the optimal controller parameters and performance indexes, and ending the operation.
