The invention provides a semiconductor refrigeration type dehumidification system which comprises a controller, a dehumidifier, a heater and a sensor which are arranged on a switch cabinet. The controller is installed on a control panel on an upper portion of the switch cabinet, the heater is installed at a bottom of the switch cabinet, the sensor is installed in the middle of the switch cabinet,and the dehumidifier is installed above the heater. The dehumidifier comprises a semiconductor condenser, a fan, a water collecting pipe and a water discharging pipe. The semiconductor condenser is adopted, the condensation effect is better, small holes are dug in the semiconductor condenser, the contact area of air and the semiconductor condenser is increased, the condensation is accelerated, andthe purpose of rapid dehumidification is achieved. The dehumidifier has three working modes including a condensation mode, a frost accumulation mode and a defrosting mode which are continuously changed according to the environment temperature.
