The invention provides a fabricated double-skin wall structure, a system and a construction method of the system. The fabricated double-skin wall structure comprises a set of profile steel trusses, aleft wallboard and a right wallboard. The profile steel trusses are longitudinally arranged in parallel and at intervals. Steel bar trusses in the left wallboard protrude out of the inner side face ofthe left wallboard and are hung on the left side faces of the profile steel trusses through first hanging pieces. First bolt holes are vertically formed in positions, corresponding to the profile steel trusses, of the surface of the left wallboard at intervals and are fixedly connected with the profile steel trusses through first connecting assemblies. Steel bar trusses in the right wallboard protrude out of the inner side face of the right wallboard and are hung on the right side faces of the profile steel trusses through second hanging pieces. Second bolt holes are vertically formed in positions, corresponding to the profile steel trusses, of the surface of the right wallboard and are fixedly connected with the profile steel trusses through second connecting assemblies. By the adoptionof the fabricated double-skin wall structure, the system and the construction method of the system, the technical problems that the production process of traditional double-skin wall structures is long, cracks and damage are likely to occur in the production and installation process, and installation is difficult are solved.
