The invention provides a high-form multi-purpose modular rear frame. The problem that an existing subframe is generally a hollow frame-shaped structure which is integrally formed, and the whole frameis light in weight, so that the frame is low in overall strength and insufficient in bearing capacity in an actual use process are solved. The structure strength of a front auxiliary frame assembly isgreatly improved through a mounted rear suspension and a rear suspension mounting bracket used for connecting the rear suspension with a rear cross beam, and a left front suspension mounting bracket,a right front suspension mounting bracket, an upper arm right mounting bracket and an upper arm left mounting bracket are mounted on the auxiliary frame assembly, so that the vehicle body is mountedand fixed, and mounting is stable and reliable. A non-traditional integral Chinese-character-ri structure is adopted, and the structure of double rear cross beam is additionally arranged, and the overall rigidity and the modal capacity of a vehicle body are improved through the mode of the double steps of the rear cross beams.
