A touch sensor and a display device are provided. The touch sensor includes a first area and a second area; first electrode units comprising a plurality of first touch electrodes arranged in a first direction and electrically connected to one another and located in the first area; second electrode units comprising a plurality of second touch electrodes arranged in a second direction and electrically connected to one another and located in the first area; and a first electrode pattern comprising a first portion located in the first area and electrically connected to one of the first electrode units that is adjacent thereto, and a second portion extended from the first portion to the second area, wherein a width of the first electrode pattern in the first direction is less than a width of the first touch electrodes in the first direction and is greater than half the width of the first touch electrodes.
