本发明属于基因工程领域，更具体地公开了一种重组人纤连蛋白肽。本发明公开的是密码子优化的重组人纤连蛋白肽基因，通过基因工程的方法在体外进行表达纯化。本发明提供的利用大肠杆菌作为表达宿主细胞，提供一种分子量小，且保留了纤连蛋白原本特性，可促进细胞生长，提高细胞贴壁率，增强细胞代谢水平的重组人纤连蛋白肽。

The invention belongs to the field of genetic engineering, and more specifically discloses recombinant human fibronectin peptide. The invention discloses a recombinant human fibronectin peptide gene after codon optimization, and by a genetic engineering method, expression and purification are performed in vitro. Escherichia coli is used as an expression host cell, and the recombinant human fibronectin peptide which is small in molecular weight, reserves original characteristics of fibronectin and can promote cell growth, increase cell adherence rate and reinforce cell metabolism level is provided.
