The invention provides an intelligent debugging method and system for power consumer information acquisition terminals, the power consumer information acquisition terminals are respectively connectedto respective corresponding data gateways, different data gateways communicate with a monitoring platform, and the data gateways connected with each group of power consumer information acquisition terminals are a master data gateway and a standby data gateway; the monitoring platform automatically searches a terminal list meeting automatic debugging, and judges whether the terminal needs to be debugged and online according to the channel information or online information of the terminal; for the terminal needing the debugging link, automatically monitoring port number information reported by the terminal, and automatically matching related information of a channel according to the port number information; and automatically updating the channel parameters and the server group number information of the master station side after the matching succeeds. According to the method and the system, the remote debugging of the power consumer information acquisition terminal service by using the remote monitoring platform is realized by using the Internet-of-things technology, the whole debugging process is automatically realized, and the field debugging by field maintenance personnel is not needed any more.
