The invention relates to a multi-dimensional identification method for a flexible load demand response effect. The method comprises the following steps of: 1, determining a target object, a target area and a demand response project participating in multi-dimensional identification of the flexible load demand response effect, 2, acquiring flexible load evaluation data of the target area and the target object, 3, performing data cleaning on the flexible load evaluation data, 4, preprocessing the flexible load evaluation data cleaned in the step 3, 5, constructing four characteristic extraction indexes including a peak load reduction rate, a peak-valley difference ratio, a load rate ratio and a response condition, inputting predicted values and actually acquired values of the maximum and minimum loads on each day before and after the preprocessed flexible load demand response, and generating a matrix to be clustered, 6, clustering the generated matrix to be clustered, and 7, guiding the development of a demand response project according to the obtained clustering result. Thus, flexible load scheduling and demand response project development can be carried out in a more targeted manner.
