The invention discloses a preparation method of a single-component addition type high-temperature-resistant organic silicon adhesive. The method comprises the following steps: heating phenyl vinyl silicone oil, aluminum oxide, zinc oxide and cerium oxide to a certain temperature, performing uniform mixing, performing reduced-pressure dehydration for 2 h, and performing cooling to room temperature;adding phenyl hydrogen-containing silicon resin and a phenyl tackifier into the above reaction system, and performing mixing under stirring for 1 h under a vacuum condition; and under the protectionof nitrogen, adding inhibitor alkynol, and performing mixing under stirring for 0.5 h; adding a platinum catalyst into the above reaction system, and performing mixing under stirring for 0.5 h under avacuum condition; and finally, performing sub-packaging under the protection of nitrogen, and performing refrigerated storage.
