The embodiment of the invention discloses paper for daily use. The paper for daily use comprises at least one layer of tissue paper, wherein the tissue paper is provided with a plurality of first embossed patterns constructed by adjacent arrangement of a plurality of first indentations; the first embossed patterns are in the form of a wave-shaped curve; the fitted equation of the wave-shaped curveis: f(x)=k*sin(a*x+b)+n,k,a,b; and n refers to a constant. On the one hand, the tissue paper can still keep relatively high strength after being embossed. On the other hand, compared with the existing embossing, the paper for daily use has the advantages that the water absorbing performance is further improved, and meanwhile the hand feel and touch feel in use are further improved.
