The invention relates to a mobile power supply charging module and renting equipment. The charging module comprises a control module and a non-contact communication device connected with the control module. The charging module is connected with a non-contact communication device arranged on a mobile power supply inserted into a bin channel through the non-contact communication device to form a non-contact data transmission mode, thereby achieving the data transmission between the charging module and the mobile power supply in the module bin channel. The charging module further comprises a rolling shaft mechanism used for bringing the mobile power supply into or out of the bin channel.
