本发明涉及一种聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺/聚丙烯腈共混纤维的制备方法。该共混纤维包括质量比为1～18:1的聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺和聚丙烯腈。该方法包括：将PMIA溶液和PAN溶液混合，加入氯化锂，搅拌，将得到的共混纺丝溶液进行湿法纺丝，经凝固、拉伸、水洗、干燥、热定型处理。该共混纤维具有更高的力学性能和更大的比表面积。该方法制备流程简单，原料来源广泛，纺丝工艺成熟，成本低。

The invention relates to a preparing method of a polyisophthaloyl metaphenylene diamine/polyacrylonitrile blend fiber. The blend fiber comprises polyisophthaloyl metaphenylene diamine and polyacrylonitrile according to the mass ratio of (1-18):1. The method includes the steps of mixing a PMIA solution and a PAN solution, adding lithium chloride to be stirred, conducting wet-method spinning on theobtained blended spinning solution, and conducting solidifying, stretching, washing, drying and heat setting treatment. The blend fiber has the better mechanical performance and higher specific surface area. The method is simple in preparing process, mature in spinning process and low in cost, and the raw materials are wide in source.
