The invention relates to a passive emergency water injection system for secondary sides of steam generators in a nuclear power plant and the nuclear power plant. The system can effectively cope with the working conditions of entire plant power failure and auxiliary water supply system failure, ensure supply of a water source of the secondary sides of the steam generators, and effectively improve the safety of a reactor; and multiple water supply tanks are arranged, as long as pressure of one steam generator meets the requirement, emergency water injection can be provided for the accident steamgenerator, so that dependence on external resources is reduced, the ability of the nuclear power plant to cope with accident working conditions is improved, sufficient time is provided for personnelintervention after the accident, and the safety of a reactor core is ensured.
