The air channel is communicated with the interior ofthe shell, an inner poking wheel is eccentrically installed in the shell, and a rotary plate is installed in the center of the interior of the shell. A plurality of inner ring teeth are installed onthe outer circle face of the rotary plate, and the inner poking wheel is located in a ring defined by the inner ring teeth. The function of driving the airflow to flow can be achieved through the cooperation of the inner poking wheel and the inner ring teeth, and then the pump property is achieved. The end face, opposite to the rotary plate, of the inner poking wheel is hollow, and a first belt wheel and a second belt wheel are in same-direction transmission through a synchronous belt. The first belt wheel and the second belt wheel are located in the hollow space of the inner poking wheel, sothat the rotation of the rotary plate and the inner poking wheel is synchronous, the separated driving is not needed, the pump body inner and outer sealing difficulty is reduced, and only a pump bodyrotary shaft needs to be sealed externally. In addition, the two rotating parts in the pump body do not eccentrically rotate during the rotating process, so that the vibration of the pump body due toeccentricity is avoided, and a better using effect is achieved.
