The invention relates to the technical field of highway engineering, and provides an anti-clogging material for a drainage asphalt pavement, and preparation and application methods thereof. The anti-clogging material comprises an epoxy resin emulsion, matrix asphalt and machine-made sand. The method for preparing the anti-clogging material comprises the following steps: mixing the epoxy resin emulsion with the matrix asphalt, and carrying out stirring for a set period of time so as to obtain epoxy asphalt; and adding the machine-made sand into the epoxy asphalt, and carrying out stirring for aset period of time so as to obtain the anti-blocking material which can be applied for construction. The application method for the anti-clogging material comprises the following steps: spraying theanti-blocking material into pores of the drainage asphalt pavement, and carrying out compaction; carrying out polishing; and covering the drainage asphalt pavement with a waterproof tarpaulin, carrying out rolling compaction, and carrying out nature curing for 8 to 12 h. The anti-clogging drainage asphalt pavement comprises a drainage asphalt layer which comprises a drainage asphalt mixed materialand the anti-clogging material, wherein the anti-clogging material is sprayed into the pores of the drainage asphalt mixed material. Thus, the anti-blocking effect of the drainage asphalt pavement isrealized; and durability and driving safety of the drainage asphalt pavement are improved.
