The invention discloses an ultra-fine sand pumping concrete polycarboxylate water reducer specially used for aluminum molds. Each ton of the water reducer is prepared from the following raw materials,by weight: 150-250 parts of a polycarboxylate water reducer mother liquor, 40-80 parts of a polycarboxylic acid slump-retaining mother liquor, 30-100 parts of calcium lignosulphonate, 0-30 parts of sodium gluconate, 0.1-1 part of a defoaming agent, 0.5-3 parts of an air entraining agent, 15-30 parts of melamine and 506-764.9 parts of water. According to calcium lignosulphonate-polycarboxylic acidcomposite water reducing agent prepared through combination modification, the water reducing rate of an original polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent is not reduced, and in addition, the polycarboxylate water reducer production cost is reduced, rapid dispersion is realized, lower viscosity and excellent slump retaining effect are achieved, the strength and the surface smoothness of concrete are ensured, an important significance in utilizing superfine sand resources and relieving the resource shortage is achieved.
