Provided is an organic electroluminescent element which has excellent properties and which includes a negative electrode, a positive electrode, and an organic layer between the negative electrode andthe positive electrode. The organic layer contains a fluorescent light-emitting layer and the fluorescent light-emitting layer contains one or more first compounds selected from the compounds represented by formulas (19), (21), (22) and (23), a second compound selected from the compound represented by formula (3a), and a dopant selected from the compounds represented by formulas (D1) and (D2).
