The invention relates to the technical field of temperature-limiting heat tracing, and particularly discloses a temperature-limiting energy-saving safe heat tracing band. The temperature-limiting energy-saving safe heat tracing band comprises two parallel wires, a heat tracing layer, an insulating layer, a shielding layer and a sheath layer which are sequentially arranged from inside to outside, the heat tracing layer fills a space defined by the two wires and the insulating layer, and the heat tracing layer is made of a PTC material.
