The invention provides a noise optimization method and system for an electronic parking brake device, and relates to the technical field of vehicle noise optimization, and the method comprises the steps: building a housing model and an internal model, wherein the housing model corresponds to a first part, including a housing, of the electronic parking brake device, and the internal model corresponds to a second part except the first part; arranging a plurality of vibration sensors at the joint of the first part and the second part to obtain a vibration signal and process the vibration signal to obtain a vibration curve; measuring the free mode of the first part to obtain mode data, and optimizing material parameters of the shell model according to the mode data to obtain optimized parameters; giving optimization parameters to the shell model, and applying a vibration curve to the joint of the shell model and the internal model to perform frequency response analysis on the shell model to obtain an analysis result; and performing topological optimization on the shell model by adopting finite element analysis software according to an analysis result to obtain a corresponding shell structure. According to the invention, the vibration noise generated by the electronic parking brake device is effectively improved.
