The invention aims to provide a preparation method of a double-layer dissimilar material wire which is simple, efficient and low in cost. A double-layer injection molding machine is adopted. The inner-layer feeding is PU and a foaming agent, and the outer-layer feeding is a PVC plastic. Foaming is carried out at high temperature, an inner layer expands but an outer layer is in a high-elasticity state, and after foaming, the foaming outer layer reaches the maximum deformation, and the thickness of the foaming layer is controlled by adjusting the temperature and the thickness of the PVC plasticlayer. Cooling is carried out, the outer layer is solidified to be in a glassy state, a wire is shaped, and the inner layer is made of a compressed foamed plastic. The integral process is simple and fast, is easy to operate, and requires less control parameters.
