The invention relates to the technical field of identification for disease resistance of tobacco, and discloses a synchronous identification method for the tobacco mosaic virus resistance and tobaccobacterial wilt resistance of the same tobacco plant. The method comprises the steps of selection and cultivation of a bacterial wilt disease nursery, selection and preservation of tobacco mosaic virusleaves, cultivation and transplanting of healthy strong tobacco seedlings, inoculation of the tobacco mosaic virus and virus carrying condition detection, selection of disease-resistant contrast products and virus carrying contrast products of the tobacco bacterial wilt and the tobacco mosaic virus, and respective collection for disease infection condition data of the tobacco bacterial wilt and the tobacco mosaic virus. According to the method, the characteristic is utilized that the diseased sites and best disease infection conditions of the tobacco bacterial wilt and the tobacco mosaic virus are obviously different, and the research on the synchronous identification method for the tobacco mosaic virus resistance and tobacco bacterial wilt resistance of the same tobacco plant in a growthperiod of the tobacco is achieved. Compared with the prior art, the experiment cost is reduced, the field planting area is reduced, the land utilization rate is increased, and the accuracy of resistance identification is improved.
