The invention discloses a resin polymer with high modulus and high glass transition temperature, which comprises the following components: nitrile-based resin containing benzoxazine, chain extender and N,N-dimethyl formamide. The preparation method comprises the following steps: sequentially adding nitrile-based resin containing benzoxazine and the chain extender to N,N-dimethyl formamide to obtain a homogeneous transparent solution; adding toluene solvent into the obtained solution, and adjusting the reflux temperature of the system; controlling the system temperature to be 130-155 DEG C, stirring to obtain a viscous solution system; transferring to a preheated mold, drying and molding at 120-200 DEG C; at that end of the heat treatment, obtaining the resin polymer by slowly lowering thetemperature and demoulding. The present invention provides a resin polymer with high modulus and high glass transition temperature through molecular structure design, utilizes ordered reaction among functional groups to control polymerization degree and spatial arrangement of the resin polymer.
